Pregnant Ashlee Simpson Covers Baby Bump in Loose Top on the Red Carpet With Husband Evan Ross, Son Bronx: See Her Edgy Maternity Style!

For the Color Alive launch event on Thursday, Feb. 5, in New York City, Ashlee Simpson was in mommy mode, debuting her baby bump for the first time on the red carpet with new husband Evan Ross and 6-year-old son Bronx Wentz.

The "Pieces of Me" singer, 30, looked chic in a maroon silk tunic that lightly grazed over her growing belly, tight leather pants, and sky-high Ruthie Davis booties.

At one point, the trio sat down at the table to test out Crayola's new line of coloring pages. "Spent the afternoon with @Crayola for #ColorAlive Launch. Look what Bronx made," Simpson captioned a picture on Instagram. 

Simpson, who tied the knot with her Hunger Games beau in August 2014, confirmed that they are indeed expecting a girl to Us Weekly on Feb. 5.

"I told him pretty early on," Simpson said about letting Bronx know he would soon be a big brother again. "He wanted to have a sister, so he's really excited! He's got a little brother. Now he's going to have a little sister!" (Bronx’s dad and Simpson’s ex-husband Pete Wentz has a 5-month old son Saint Lazslo with girlfriend Meagan Camper.)
