Bigger, grosser, and probably unnecessary, "The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence)" is coming, with a whole lot more people surgically attached ass to mouth. But you have to give writer/director Tom Six a tiny bit of credit for changing up the game a little with his finale to the trilogy.

As this new trailer reveals, Six plays himself, a director who is consulted by a prison about the medical possibilities of what was seen in the first two "The Human Centipede" films. Deemed medically sound, a prison then utilizes the method for the most ultimate punishment ever, much to the horror of Eric Roberts. Weird, disgusting, and revolting, this is probably exactly what the director was aiming for anyway. If he wanted to go out on a "high" note, he certainly is.
