Brad Bird Says 'The Incredibles 2' Likely Next, Confirms He's Been Approached For 'Star Wars'

Last month, Brad Bird made legions of Pixar fans happy when it was revealed he was finally working on a sequel to "The Incredibles." And it looks like he's not just tinkering around, but that the project could very well be his next, telling Collider that, though nothing is official, "it feels like it to me, yeah.” And he's mining concepts he wasn't able to use for the previous movie and looking to incorporate them in the followup.

“Oh yeah I have pages, a bunch of pages," he said about the status of the script. "I had a lot of ideas for the original 'Incredibles' that I didn’t get a chance to use, that I like. I have ideas that I wanted to pursue a little bit and there wasn’t enough time in Incredibles. There are new ideas I have, and I think there are enough of those together to make an interesting movie.
