Watch: New Trailer For Horror 'The Gallows' Smells Like Teen Spirit
One day, people in horror movies will stop filming every single solitary they're doing, but found footage flicks are here to stay until then. This summer comes yet another movie as such, made for what looks like the total earnings for a summer job and providing plenty of juiced up jump scares.
"The Gallows" is directed by Travis Cluff and Chris Lofing, stars a bunch of people you never heard of and takes place in a high school where some bad stuff happened twenty years before. Now on the anniversary of that bad stuff happening, more bad stuff happens, leading to lots of people screaming and running down barely lit corridors. But perhaps in an effort to lend some gravitas, a choral version of Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" powers the trailer.
"The Gallows" arrives on July 10th.
