Dialogue Crucial in Implementing Ukraine Constitutional Amendments-Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin called for Kiev-Donbas dialogue stressing that amendments to the Ukrainian constitution on the granting of more autonomy to the country’s southeastern regions (Donbas) must be introduced after talks with the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR).
