Pentagon Promises to 'Fix' US Program to Train Rebel Forces in Syria

Following a beleaguered and embarrassing start, and fresh reports that military officials had lost track of US-trained Syrian rebels, the Pentagon on Tuesday said it is looking to fix the $500 million program aimed at training and equipping "moderate" forces in the fight against the Islamic State.
