Ottawa police investigate video allegedly of man threatening Uber driver, passenger

Ottawa police are investigating a video posted to YouTube on Saturday, showing a man threatening what appears to be an Uber driver and passenger. “If I see you again you are dead meat,” says the dark-haired man in the video, leaning toward the side window of a car, in which a man is seated at the wheel.
