Edmonton organization grapples with influx of fentanyl addicts

By mid-summer, the Clean Scene Network for Youth was beginning to notice an unusual trend — they had 11 new clients, each with one major drug problem — fentanyl. In the drug prevention and education agency's 13-year history, this was the first time founder Mike Ryan had seen one drug leap out above the rest.
