Schoolboy in dock for fatal stabbing
A teenager accused of stabbing a 17-year-old fellow pupil to death appeared briefly in a North West court.
|||Rustenburg - A teenager accused of stabbing a 17-year-old fellow pupil to death appeared briefly in the Bafokeng Magistrate’s Court in Tlhabane near Rustenburg, on Thursday.
The case against Kabelo Sili, 18, was postponed to September 21 for a bail application.
Sili allegedly knifed his schoolmate on Tuesday in Lethabong near Rustenburg during a fight. Another learner was stabbed in the thigh and was taken to hospital.
North West police denied the stabbings were gang-related.
