Ex-Spurs boss Redknapp not ready for management return

Former Tottenham and QPR boss Harry Redknapp is in no rush to return to management.

Redknapp quit Queens Park Rangers in February in need of immediate knee surgery and is currently enjoying the longest break without a job of his long managerial career in England.

He told the Daily Mail: "If something interesting came up, maybe. I don't wake up and think “I've got to get a job". If I want to go and work, I will, if I don't, I won't really.

"Every day you wake up and your health is the only thing that matters in your life. You can talk about all the money in the world or whatever. Without your health you've got nothing.

"But I feel really good. My knee's a bit dodgy, but it's nothing really. When you hear what's happened to a couple of young lads here (at the Homeless World Cup), it's nothing."
