Ter-Petrosian Again Rejects Constitutional Changes
Armenian National Congress (HAK) leader Levon Ter-Petrosian on Monday reaffirmed his unconditional rejection of the constitutional changes put forward by President Serzh Sarkisian, saying that his opposition party will keep fighting against them.
