Local Elections in Donetsk, Lugansk Not Breaching Minsk Agreements - Lavrov
The desire of the eastern Ukrainian self-proclaimed people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk to hold local elections does not contradict or breach the Minsk agreements because there is no mention of dates in the reconciliation agreement, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday.
