Only Moscow 'Can Provide Platform' for Syrian Crisis Settlement

Only Moscow can provide a platform where all the sides to the Syrian conflict could meet in order to lay the foundations for the third round of UN-led talks in Geneva, the secretary general of the Syrian National Democratic Action Committee told Sputnik.
