The average market prices for privately-owned houses in Yerevan in August 2015 did not change, if compared to July, the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of Armenia said in a statement.
The highest prices for private houses in the capital were registered in Kentron and Arabkir administrative districts - 476,100 and 383,000 drams per square meter respectively, while the lowest prices were in Nubarashen district- 150,800 drams.
Outside Yerevan the highest prices of private homes were recorded in Tsakhkadzor - 305,000 drams per square meter, while the lowest in Dastakert (Syunik region) – 11,600 drams and Tumanyan (Lori region) – 12,000 drams.
Neither changed the prices of housing in multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan. According to official data, the highest prices were in Kentron district of Yerevan – 428,000 drams per square meter and the lowest in Nubarashen district – 156,800 drams.
Outside Yerevan again the highest prices of housing were in Tsakhkadzor -292,400 drams and the lowest in Dastakert and Shamlugh (Lori region) - 8,000 drams.-0- ($ 1 - 473.71 drams). -0-
