Drugs, alcohol likely factors in crash that left motorcyclist seriously injured
A motorcyclist was in critical condition Sunday in Victoria General Hospital after an early-morning accident in Saanich. According to Saanich police, the preliminary investigation indicates that the lone rider was operating the motorcycle while under the influence of both alcohol and drugs.
