Two Metro Vancouver moms are “horrified” that unrepentant pedophile Latif Ahmad Tata will be back on the street two years after being found guilty of sexually assaulting little girls at his wife’s Maple Ridge daycare. “(It’s) really upsetting to me that this type of crime does not seem to be taken very seriously when you look at it in comparison to drug charges or gun charges,” said L, whose son attended Shining Stars Family Childcare for three years and had to be tested for sexually transmitted diseases and signs of sexual assault.
