Armenian-Italian Institute to be established in Yerevan

YEREVAN, August 30. /ARKA/. On August 29, an official announcement was made in Yerevan regarding the establishment of the Armenian-Italian Institute. The new educational center is co-founded by the Eurasia International University on the Armenian side, alongside the University of Tuscia (Università degli Studi della Tuscia) and the University for Foreigners of Perugia (Università per Stranieri di Perugia) on the Italian side, according to Armenpress./pp

The memorandum for the creation of this institution was signed by Dr. Suren Ohanian, Rector of the Eurasia International University, Professor Stefano Ubertini, Rector of the University of Tuscia, and Professor Valerio de Cesaris, Rector of the University for Foreigners of Perugia./pp

Suren Ohanian stated that the institute will offer a range of educational programs focused on political, economic, cultural, and other fields. Additionally, Italian language courses will be available./pp

The Armenian-Italian Institute will implement joint double-degree programs with Italian universities, targeted research projects, exchange programs for students and faculty, Italian language courses for university students and the broader public, and various initiatives aimed at enhancing Armenian-Italian cooperation, EU integration projects, cultural dialogue, and business collaboration./pp br/p
