Armenia proposes to simplify procedures for payment of fines for violation of customs rules

The Armenian government has come up with a legislative initiative, according to which in case of an obvious violation of customs clearance rules, employees of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) will be able to record the fact of violation and start administrative proceedings./pp

If entrepreneurs admit their guilt, they will be able to pay the fine on the spot.nbsp;nbsp;/pp

According to Artur Manukyan, deputy head of the State Revenue Committee, the proposed changes will allow entrepreneurs to no longer waste time dealing with procedural issues if they agree that they have committed an offence. -0-/p
