Russian-separatist forces who seized Kominternove prevent OSCE monitors from entering, fire at Ukrainian military

Militants who seized on Dec. 22 morning the town of Kominternove (near Mariupol) which is located in the "gray area", have not allowed representatives of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE to this area and opened fire on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
