George Woloshyn: Anti-corruption czar?

Ukrainians have become very impatient with the Poroshenko Administration in its commitment to fighting the war on corruption. Despite the fact that more has been done in this regard in the last 20 months than in the previous 25 years; and despite the fact that Ukraine is suffering through one of the most difficult periods that any country can experience - war, economic decline, refugees, and near bankruptcy - there is a never-ending drumbeat of criticism leveled at the administration for failing to show more resolve in tackling a problem that even relatively stable and peaceful countries have found difficult to fix.
