​Flanagan more than happy with his Liverpool comeback

Liverpool right-back Jon Flanagan was delighted with his first Premier League start since May 2014 after suffering a serious knee injury as it ended in a 3-0 victory for the Reds over Manchester City.

"It was something I had to do to get the crowd up," the 23 year old said. "The crowd have been fantastic, always right behind me even in the dark days.
