London, Paris say anti-Russian sanctions should be kept until full implementation of Minsk agreements – Hammond

BRUSSELS - The U.K. and France have agreed on the need to maintain the EU sanctions against Russia until the Minsk agreements on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine's east are fully implemented, head of the British Foreign Office Philip Hammond said.
