​Carneiro appears at tribunal over constructive dismissal case against Chelsea

Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has appeared at a tribunal hearing for her constructive dismissal case against the Premier League champions.

The 42-year-old Briton is suing the club for constructive dismissal and breach of contract.
