Obama Orders US Flags to Fly at Half-Staff to Honor Late First Lady Reagan

US President Barack Obama said that the US flag would be flown at half-staff until sunset and would also be lowered in honor of Mrs. Raegan at US embassies, legations, consular offices and other military facilities, naval vessels and stations abroad.
