Getting 14 distracted-driving tickets didn't stop this Vancouver motorist from using her cellphone
Vancouver police would like to get one distracted driver off the road. The woman has racked up 14 tickets for using a cellphone while driving and Sgt. Randy Fincham said police would like her driving record reviewed.
