Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: we will not have negotiations with the separatists

Azerbaijan will negotiate on settlement only with Armenia, which occupied  the Azerbaijani lands, said a spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev. The statement was made in response to the demands of the Armenian side to make a mandatory  the participation  of the Nagorno Karabakh representatives  in the negotiations on the settlement. -02D-
