Moscow calls on Baku and Yerevan to resume talks

Russia is convinced that the parties to the Karabakh conflict need to exercise restraint, to resume the negotiation process, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova.  "Now we need to exercise restraint, to work towards the restoration of stability.
