The prosecution to Akram Aylisli toughened

The investigation toughened the accusation to the writer Akram Aylisli, said his lawyer Elchin Sadigov. Thus, Article 221.1 (hooliganism) was  re-qualified to Article 315.1 (resisting the authorities with violence) of the Criminal Code.
