Western Sahara independence movement leader Abdelaziz dies

ALGIERS, Algeria (AP) — Mohamed Abdelaziz, the head and co-founder of the Polisario Front independence movement in the Western Sahara, died Tuesday after a long illness, the group said. He was in his late 60s.
