Armenian Public Services Regulatory Commission deliberately slow in downing gas and electricity prices
Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission is dragging its feet in lowering prices for natural gas and electricity despite there are no obstacles for doing that, Haykakan Zhamanak reports referring to a source from the government.
According to the newspaper, many officials are convinced that prices are not downed for filling the government budget.
For example, if electric power becomes cheaper by seven drams, the government budget will come up AMD 7 billion short. --0---
