Kyiv names key condition for advancement in solving political, social, humanitarian issues in Donbas

Ukrainian negotiators in the Trilateral Contact Group on Donbas have underlined that in Kyiv's view, the key condition for further progress in solving political, social and humanitarian issues in eastern Ukraine is full implementation of the security package, according to Darka Olifer, spokesperson for Leonid Kuchma who represents Ukraine in the Group.
