Kuchma's press secretary: Contact Group to consider creating subgroup for restoring Kyiv's control over Ukrainian-Russian border

Members of the Trilateral Group will meet on July 13 to discuss Ukraine's initiative to set up a subgroup that will oversee restoration of Kyiv's control over the Ukrainian-Russian border, according to Darka Olifer, spokeswoman for Leonid Kuchma who represents Ukraine in the Group.
