Russian Foreign Ministry to make inquiry with Kyiv about number of Russians incarcerated in Ukraine

MOSCOW - The Russian Foreign Ministry is to submit to the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow a diplomatic note with the request to tell the number of the Russian nationals currently kept in prisons in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Ministry Special Representative for Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law Konstantin Dolgov said.
