FTSE LIVE: Boris Johnson triggers seismic political wave as markets rumble on
Mid-way through the morning the FTSE 100 was up just 6.1 points at 6366.2 - as the index struggled to find momentum ahead of Bank of England Governor Mark Carney's speech at 4pm.
