250 Fires Raged across Bulgaria in Past 24 Hours

As many as 248 cases of wildfires have been extinguished throughout the country since Saturday, the Interior Ministry says.

Sixty-one wildfire-related incidents have been reported since the beginning of Sunday alone.

The risk of fire remains high through Bulgaria, authorities have warned, with the highest degree of alert issued for the country's east.
