Russia, Turkey discuss TurkStream; discount for gas under current contracts not discussed
ST. PETERSBURG - Russia and Turkey are conducting negotiations on the start to implementation of the TurkStream gas pipeline construction project; the issue of discounts for Russian gas under existing contracts is not being discussed, Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists following talks between the Russian and Turkish presidents.
