Turchynov sees Russia's allegations about Ukraine's involvement in subversive activity in Crimea as hybrid warfare

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov says that allegations by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) that Ukrainian Intelligence units were involved in subversive activity in Crimea are an element of hybrid warfare and attempts to escalate the situation in occupied territory.
