Black teacher given KKK robe, Confederate flag at conference

It may have been intended as a joke, but no one is laughing. Oklahoma’s only black agriculture teacher was called to the stage during a work-related conference and handed a Ku Klux Klan robe and a Confederate flag by his retiring mentor.
