UK Domestic Abuse at 'Epidemic' Levels

Domestic violence is described as being at "epidemic levels" in the UK with one in four women experiencing it at some point in their lives. However, its effect and legacy on children is rarely reported, despite three quarters of a million youngsters witnessing and experiencing some sort of domestic abuse in their life.
