KwaZulu-Natal MEC says 'speedsters are like murderers' as motorist is fined R18‚000

A motorist who was caught speeding in a Golf 6 GTI at 220 km/h on the N2 national route has been fined R18‚000‚ a penalty hailed by the KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport‚ Community Safety and Liaison‚ Mxolisi Kaunda.
