Charlotte Officer Cleared in Shooting Death of Keith Lamont Scott
Charlotte, North Carolina police officer Brentley Vinson will not face charges for shooting and killing Keith Lamont Scott during a confrontation in September. District Attorney Andrew Murray ruled that Vinson was justified in shooting the 43-year-old black man, whose death triggered two days of massive protests in the city.
