Policeman Not to Be Charged for Killing of African-American in North Carolina

Charlotte, North Carolina police officer Brentley Vinson, who shot and killed African-American Keith Scott, will not be charged as prosecutors determined that the officer engaged in appropriate use of deadly force, Mecklenburg County District Attorney Andrew Murray said during a court hearing on Wednesday.
