Armenia Air Company schedules its first flight Yerevan-Voronezh for December 16

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. Armenia Air Company is to operate its first flight Yerevan-Voronezh on December 16. 

Prices for one-way tickets to these flights start from €49 (about AMD 25,000).

Passengers will be carried by Boeing 737-500. The flights will be operated twice a week – on Tuesday and Friday. The flight duration is 2 hours 10 minutes. 

The airline will depart from Yerevan at 17:30 and arrive in Voronezh at 18:40 and will depart from 
Voronezh at 19:40 and arrive in Yerevan at 22:50. 

The air company intended to embark on these regular flights yet in October, but necessary paperwork took more time than expected initially.

Armenia Air Company has been established by Ashot Torosyan (51% of shares), Tamaz Gaiashvili (25%) and Robert Hovhannisyan (24%).  

Gaiashvili is founder and former chairman of the directorial board of Georgia’s Airzena Air Company, and Robert Hovhannisyan is his former deputy. --0----
