Eleven People Arrested Over Mass Bath Essence Poisoning in Russia
A total of 11 arrests have been made in connection with the case of mass deadly poisoning by a bath essence containing denatured alcohol in the Russian city of Irkutsk, the local Interior Ministry vice head said Wednesday.
