A report in The Sun Tuesday says scientists have developed a robotic nose that can sniff out 17 deadly diseases, aiding in diagnosing the serious illnesses. The report said the robotic nose takes breath samples and measures unique chemicals indicating whether a person has an underlying illness. Experts said the device has an 86 percent accuracy rate at picking up conditions. Illnesses tested include kidney disease, Parkinson’s, bladder tumors and head and neck cancer.
