Donald Trump Praises "Delay" From Vladimir Putin in Tweet

United States President-elect took to his twitter account on Friday to praise Russian Vladimir Putin and his reaction to the most recent sanctions made against Russia from President Barack Obama, according to BBC News. Mr Trump tweeted: "Great move on delay (by V. Putin) - I always knew he was very smart!" Putin had earlier stated he refused to practice "irresponsible diplomacy" as a response to Washington expelling 35 diplomats over hacking related to the recent U.S. election.
