Azerbaijani FM rules out the possibility of any "partial peace" with  Armenia and continues to interfere in the Republic`s internal affairs

ArmInfo. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov rejected the possibility of a  "partial peace" with Armenia during his speech at the UN General  Assembly on Saturday, in response to the more optimistic tone set by  Yerevan earlier in the week.

As reported by Turan, his comments highlighted the sharp contrast between the positions of the two countries, emphasizing the significant obstacles that still exist in  completing a comprehensive peace agreement.

"Partial peace is impossible after so much suffering and pain caused  by territorial claims against neighbors," Bayramov said at the  meeting.  He once again interfered in Armenia's internal affairs,  demanding changes to the country's Constitution.  The agency notes  that Bayramov's statements followed Armenian Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan's statement on Thursday, saying that peace with Azerbaijan  is "not only possible, but also achievable."
