Maple Leafs sign D Chris Tanev, extend G Joseph Woll

The Toronto Maple Leafs signed defenseman Chris Tanev and extended goaltender Joseph Woll's contract on Monday.

Tanev landed a six-year, $27 million deal ($4.5 million average annual value). Woll received a three-year extension, effective for the 2025-26 season, for $11 million ($3.66 million AAV).
