Jasper Philipsen wins Stage 10 at Tour de France

Belgium's Jasper Philipsen sprinted to victory Tuesday to complete Stage 10 of the Tour de France.

The Alpecin-Deceuninck cyclist finished the 187.3-kilometer route from Orleans to Saint-Amand-Montrond just ahead of Eritrea's Biniam Girmay and Germany's Pascal Ackermann.
