Atlanta United transfer D Caleb Wiley to Chelsea

Atlanta United transferred homegrown defender Caleb Wiley to Chelsea of the Premier League on Monday.

Multiple outlets reported the transfer fee for the 19-year-old U.S. international was $11 million.

Other reports indicated that Chelsea planned to loan Wiley to Strasbourg in France's Ligue 1. Chelsea and Strasbourg have the same owner.
